Peach Gin Champagne

An exquisite blend of gin with Sicilian pink grapefruit, enhanced by a touch of angostura and a subtle note of white peach and jasmine soda, topped off with a champagne effervescence.

- 1 champagne flute
- 1 Jigger
- 1 Cocktail spoon
Ingredients
- 40 ml MALFY Gin Rosa
- 50 ml champagne
- 25 ml white peach syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 50 ml London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Soda
- 3 drops Angostoura bitters
GUARD: peach or nectarine
Préparation
- Pour the ingredients into a champagne flute over crushed ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Decorate with a touch of peach or nectarine.
