PALOMA with tequila
Top-of-the-range KOMOS Reposado Rosa tequila rests for two months in French oak red wine barrels, giving it a subtle hue reminiscent of rosé wine. The tangy notes of grapefruit juice typical of Paloma mingle with the deep aromas of agave, vanilla, caramel and tequila black cherries. Ingredients
- 50 ml Tequila KOMOS Reposado Rosa
- 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 10 ml agave syrup
- 100 ml 3 Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda
FILLING: a grapefruit wedge
Préparation
- Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake well.
- Strain into a glass over ice and top up with grapefruit soda.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
