- 1 Ice cube strainer
- 1 Shaker
Ingredients
- 50 ml Yu Gin
- 20 ml Pear juice
- 20 ml Yuzu
- 20 ml Lavender honey
- Ice cubes
GUARD :
- Lavender flowers
Préparation
- In a shaker, add ingredients and ice cubes.
- Warm the honey to make it liquid
- Shake for 20 seconds.
- Strain the mix and pour into a glass.
