Where does MD gin come from?
How is this gin made?
Distilled in an artisanal way in the MONCEAU DOMBRECHT micro-distillery, “Terre de Glace” is a rich and deep French gin dominated by green cardamom and juniper berry. Fresh and delicate in the mouth, it is then more herbaceous and peppery.
After slowly distilling the 8 macerations of botany, we obtain a unique and intense distillate that is delicately reduced with spring water over several months. Once the reduction is done, we proceed to bottling without filtration.
That’s why it’s so appreciated!
Fully labeled and numbered by hand, each bottle is unique!
