- 1 jigger
- 1 Cocktail spoon
- 1 shaker
Ingredients
- 35 ml Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Murcian Lemon
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml white sugar syrup
- 75 ml brut champagne
- ice cubes
GARNISH: a twist of lemon
Préparation
- In a shaker, add a few ice cubes, the gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to mix well and cool ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a champagne glass or flute.
- Top it off with champagne.
- Add a twist of lemon for garnish.
