Cuvée Confidentielle – Gin Launch

The Cuvée Confidentielle – Gin Lancement is the second cuvée of the Rhone distillery. It is a dry gourmet gin distilled and bottled on the occasion of the inauguration of the Distillerie du Rhône. It is limited by a single batch of 1300 bottles.

Like the DNA gin and their know-how, it represents their philosophy and their goal by its design and its taste. The distillery highlights the region with its producers and gatherers of wild plants.

Each spice is prepared in an independent and different way to extract the best before a slow distillation and steam infusion. Thanks to nineteen botanicals, it represents the local flavors of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes with intensity, precision and generosity. The inspiration comes from the first GIN No. 1 DNA vintage that was pushed to new aromas. The idea was to adapt the way of distillation and to change the dosage of plants to accentuate certain flavors, completely new and warm.

Through innovative processes, they were able to incorporate more plant density by accentuating cypress nut, bay leaf, cornflower, tangerine bark, roots such as gentian and angelica and then eucalyptus leaf. This GIN LANCEMENT is fine, intense and rich in aromas. It is perfect as a gin and tonic, as a cocktail or dry.
