Created and developed by Alex and Emma Watson and inspired by the terroir, traditions and heritage of the family estate in Burgundy, Renais Gin was born of the desire to bring the Watson vineyard back to life in a unique and sustainable way.
ELABORATION
The uniqueness of this gin, produced in France and distilled in the UK, was born from the idea of Alex Watson, co-founder and Chairman of Renais, to create a new spirit.
Renais Gin is distilled from grape skins recovered after wine pressing, including grapes from Domaine Watson. A careful selection of 12 plants and spices such as juniper berry, coriander seed, lime blossom and acacia honey complete Renais’ aromatic profile.
THE FAMILY LEGACY
A Burgundy lover, Alex and Emma’s father Chris Watson has owned a vineyard for 30 years, producing award-winning wines. He himself has won awards as a “pillar of Chablis” for his commitment to the region.
TASTING
With its atypical aromatic profile that combines modernity and heritage, Renais Gin can be enjoyed over ice or paired with cocktails such as the essential gin and tonic or a terroir version of the Martini.

NOSE: A balance of fresh citrus, spices and floral notes
PALATE: Light, fresh, mineral notes of Chablis grapes, fresh citrus, honey, flowers and juniper.
