Melifera Edizione Corsa

Melifera travels and explores new territories by including Corsican immortelle harvested and distilled in Saint Florent in this edition.
A desire to reinterpret immortelle in a new recipe evoking a stroll through the Corsican maquis, with a character both assertive and complex.
Melifera is a brand committed to protecting biodiversity, and in particular the black bee, Apis Melliefa Melifera, from which it takes its name.

From the outset, the warmth of the maquis and its scents of immortelle, cistus and myrtle invade the mouth. The citrusy notes of thyme and rosemary and the spicy notes of pepper add richness and complexity. Finally, the freshness of citrus and subtle floral notes of lavender complete the picture, bringing balance and length.

Ideal served neat with a large ice cube or as a negroni.
