Melifera

Melifera is a French organic gin distilled from immortelle flowers grown and harvested by hand in the north of the island of Oléron.
Inspired by this flower that grows on the dunes, the name Melifera evokes the unique scent of this flower as you return from the beach at the end of the day.
Melifera is a brand committed to protecting biodiversity, and in particular the black bee, Apis Melliefa Melifera, from which it takes its name.

On the palate, the attack is very round, smooth and aromatic. Our organic juniper is particularly expressive in its fruitiest notes.
The heart is infinitely complex, with Immortelle as the main note, revealing hints of fresh wormwood, cardamom and light iodine.

Melifera’s distinctive character is revealed in Gin Tonic, Bee’s knees and Gin fizz.

– 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
– 10ml honey syrup
– Complete elderflower tonic
