In 2016, the archives of london essence were gathering dust and the company was relaunched with the aim of re-establishing its precise methods and reinvigorating the growing world of today’s drinks.

The spicy note is enriched by the addition of chili pepper extract. The addition of distilled hops, made from the traditional English “Brewers Gold” variety, adds a slightly fruity touch.
