Where does Point G gin come from?
This gin from Toulouse is produced from a distillate obtained by maceration and a neutral grain alcohol.
How is this gin made?
Distilled in a traditional way in Villefranche de Lauraguais with a system of maceration by aromatization during 48h. The ingredients are then distilled in a still. The alcohol is left to rest for several hours and then diluted with water from the Montagne Noire. Finally, the precious liquid is bottled.
That’s why it’s so popular!
The botanicals used are coriander, violet, ginger, allspice, spirulina, sweet orange, candied lemon and juniper berries
By tasting this gin you will :
Dominance of juniper berry, then comes the violet with a slightly spicy accord on a woody background.
At the beginning the gin is fresh, floral and greedy with violet and fig milk. In the heart, the orange blossom and the freshness of lemon with a touch of sweetness stand out. Finally, in the background, the woody and spicy side of the ginger comes out, as well as the warm side of the pepper.
