How is this gin made?

This gin is made with essences from the Landes forest. Gin 40 is a clever blend of juniper berries, pine, and wild blackberries. The distillery works on an artisanal maceration essentially based on plants. The distillation is then done on a pure wheat alcohol base guaranteeing the premium side of this range of spirits.
