Gin Meunier is produced by the Meunier Distillery, founded in 1809 is one of the oldest distilleries in France. It is at the origin of the Liqueur de Génépi.
Today directed by Edouard Modelski, this independent company launches its first Gin.
The Gin Meunier is powerful and aromatic, with opalescent reflections when in contact with water or ice, reflecting a very concentrated distillate.
Gin Tonic Meunier:
– In a wine glass filled with ice, pour 1 measure of Gin Meunier for every 4 measures of Tonic.
– Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Base: organic juniper berries and eleven other organic botanicals (black elder, coriander, angelica, iris, fennel, cardamom, orange peel, pomegranate, goji berries, licorice, nutmeg), spring water from Vercors
Process: Progressive infusion of the plants in a neutral alcohol base, then distillation in a Stupfler still in a single pass.
Tasting notes: Clear attack of juniper and pine aromas, supported by notes of citrus, spices, fennel with a very nice aromatic persistence.
Consumption: In cocktails (Gin Tonic, Negroni, Martini) or neat.
