Gin L’Immortel

Distilled in the magnificent Holstein still of the L.N.Mattei Distillery, L’Immortel, with its aromatic island notes, is a singular gin. After maceration, the distillation of a selection of botanicals develops the aromatic profile of this sophisticated gin.

On the nose, juniper is highlighted, with citrus notes and herbaceous touches of marjoram, bay leaf and fennel. On the palate, the fresh citrus notes of citrus and Corsican lemons blossom on the subtle aroma of juniper, supported by fennel seeds and a touch of immortelle. With a nice finish without bitterness, a pleasant length in the mouth, L ‘Immortel offers a balanced flavor for a particularly fresh, round and floral gin.
