Gin Engine

Made by master distillers in the Alta Langa region of northwestern Italy, Engine Gin is a handcrafted London Dry gin. Its formula is linked to the Piedmontese tradition of Rosolio. It is a type of cordial made from sage and lemon that was used as a natural digestive in the past.

The ingredients that make up Engine Gin are 100% Italian and organic. Each of its ingredients is prophylactic. Ligurian sage and Damask rose for relaxation. Calabrian licorice root for digestion. Spring water for refreshment, lemon from the Amalfi coast for energy.

Hand-bottled, this Italian gin is produced in limited quantities. Its nose is fresh, acidulous. At first the lemon notes fill the glass. Very quickly, it becomes more vegetal and the sage is guessed. In the mouth, its texture is oily. The lemon is mixed with juniper berries. The sage brings more freshness to these deliciously tangy notes. Ideal on its own or with a tonic, the gin engine offers a myriad of possibilities.

Engine is a London Dry style gin. Handcrafted by master distillers of the Alta Langa region, each ingredient is selected for its prophylactic virtues as well as its organoleptic properties. Inspired by the Piedmontese tradition of Rosolio, we find Calabrian licorice root for digestion, Ligurian sage and Damask rose for relaxation and especially lemon for energy. The Gin Engine can be enjoyed on the rocks or with a tonic.
