Where does Binche gin come from?
This original gin is designed, distilled and bottled in the Walloon Region.
The design of the bottle is a tribute to the city of Binche, known worldwide for its carnival and its architectural heritage.
The note “blood orange” is a reference to the offering made by the gille, king of the carnival, on Shrove Tuesday in Binche.
The Lion and the silver color are found on the old coat of arms and on the flag of the city of Binche.
How is this gin made?
Ingredients: Blood orange, Lemon, Lavender, Juniper, Hops, Clove, Green anise,Caraway, Coriander, Cumin ,Fennel and Hyssop.

The Gin de Binche has a nice floral attack followed by an herbaceous touch supported by juniper berry. The finish is delicate and marked by the finesse of blood orange.
