Gin Anaë

A French, artisanal and organic gin!

Anaë is an organic French gin, distilled by hand and bottled in Cognac. By cultivating the essentials, Anaë Gin perpetuates the quest for excellence common to the Bollinger family group, with respect for the terroir and biodiversity. Thus, all our producers are certified organic and the 7 botanicals sublimating the juniper berry are French.

Base: Wine ethanol
Ingredients: “Certified organic by ECOCERT
Juniper berries, Maceron, Fenugreek, Coriander seeds, Chamomile, Lemon Verbena, Cornflower flowers & Lemon Thyme
Artisanal distillation in Cognac: Via a Stupfler still; Maceration (48h); Slow reduction (about one month)

Nose: Notes of citrus fruits (tangerine, kumquat) and fresh pear. Then, notes of spices (Sichuan pepper and anise). Finishes with white flowers, blueberry and a hint of dried nuts.
In the mouth : Beautiful complexity with vegetal notes. Licorice roots, pear and then aromas of clementines and candied mandarins. A very nice length in the mouth with a minty and aniseed touch.
