Where does Erika Old Tom Gin come from?

This gin is French and comes from the Dordogne.

How is this gin made?

The botanicals are cultivated in organic and biodynamic agriculture. For the recipe, it is the Same production process as for the Dry gin but with a maceration after distillation of Rosemary, Wild Rose and Tarragon. Finally, Acacia honey produced by Paul, from the Perigord honey factory of Miel Noir is added.

Atypical and sweet gin, more gourmand and feminine. The Old Tom is less strong in alcohol and very fragrant. The Old Tom is a warm copper color.
