History:
The recipe of Dry Gin Diploma is classified since its creation ORIGINAL 1945 RECIPE. At the end of the Second World War this recipe had won the tender for the supply of Gin to the American armies stationed in Europe. Diploma perpetue tradition and know-how: same recipe, produced in the same distillery and with the same still as in 1945!
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Very floral of Japanese cherry trees and cloves, notes of juniper and coriander
Palate: Round and sweet with, grapefruit zest, walnut oil, lavender
Finish: Spice tip, dark chocolate
