To pay tribute to the family traditions of their grandfathers, the founders imagined a distillery in the heart of Alsace, near Colmar.

It is in a farmhouse, in Sainte-Croix-En-Plaine, that the elaborate still is set up, which will be the keystone of this adventure. The name is then quite found. The distillery will be called La Grange. Image of the love that the pilots of the project have for their land.
