Cantarelle Gin – Amphora Aged is a gin made from grapes from Provence, juniper berries and 100% natural flavors. The gin is then distilled according to an ancestral know-how, then aged for several months in terracotta amphorae.

TASTING NOTES
Color: The aging in amphora does not change the color of the gin, it remains enamel white, pure and transparent.
Nose: Floral notes of lime and tea, elegant grapefruit veil, fine and long, support of bitter orange.
Palate: Supple, balanced, with a smooth texture. The aromas are perfectly harmonious, an incredible persistent finish and a surprising openness on the palate.
Cellar master’s notes: Since Roman times, and even centuries before, aging in artisanal clay and terracotta amphorae has been known to improve wine production and aging. At Domaine de Cantarelle, we decided to age our Provence Gin in amphorae produced by one of the most famous Italian craftsmen. The result of the aging exceeds our expectations, the gin is smooth and harmonious, the flavors blend together, and the lingering finish never ends.
TASTING
This exceptional gin can be enjoyed dry or on the rocks, the best way to bring out its complexity and full flavors. Simply adding Tonic will make it a great cocktail.
