Calle 23 Blanco is a 100% agave tequila produced in small batches, made with fully matured agave and fermented with indigenous yeasts isolated by the creator of Calle 23.

Double distilled in alembics.

Characteristic, authentic agave flavor, complemented on the finish by fruit notes, notably Granny Smith and pear.
