Deluxe Distilleries celebrates the creativity of yesteryear with this contemporary, raw, unique, handcrafted Blind Tiger gin. Distilled in small batches in the backroom of a hidden distillery in western Belgium, unusual botanicals such as malted barley and cubeb are used to give this gin its bold, invigorating character.

Ingredients: 15 botanicals (juniper berries, coriander seeds, malted barley, licorice, angelica and orris root, lemon, sweet orange and bitter orange peel, orange blossom, ginger, green cardamom, cubeb berries, lavender and a secret botanical from Belgium).
Nose: juniper, cubeb pepper, followed by spicy touches of cracked black pepper, violets, orange, licorice and celeriac.
Palate: Herbaceous, floral notes of orange blossom and citrus. Complex with a peppery touch and malted barley introduces a long, warm aftertaste with more cracked pepper and cubeb and earthy notes of ginger, licorice and cardamom.
Consumption : Pure or on ice. In a dry martini or gin and tonic.
