Where does Birdie – TIMUT gin come from?
Timut is a complex and balanced blend of typical Nepalese and Middle Eastern flavors. The famous Timut pepper, with its grapefruit flavors, is combined in this gin with Damask rose and peppermint.
How is this gin made?
This gin is made with six different botanicals: Juniper Berry, Timut Pepper, Damask Rose, Peppermint, Coriander and Cardamom. All these botanicals are macerated 24 hours in a neutral alcohol of wheat of the Hauts de France then distilled with these last ones to draw a maximum of flavours from it.

This gin is complex in the mouth, a peppery attack, followed by aromas of rose and cardamom. The finish is marked by subtle aromas of mint accompanying the rose.
