Used in traditional Japanese cuisine since the dawn of time, the Shiso leaf is an aromatic plant with a unique fragrance. Our Shiso gin is a subtle and floral blend, the balance between the freshness of lemongrass and the fruitiness of hibiscus flower reveals its unparalleled taste.
Method of manufacture:
This gin is made with shiso leaves, juniper berry, coriander, Tasmanian berries, hibiscus flower and lemongrass. A maceration during 24 hours is carried out in a neutral alcohol of wheat of the tops of France then distilled in order to extract the maximum of savour of it.
Taste profile:
The nose is dominated by a floral smell emanating from the shiso. These notes are transposed in mouth and reinforced thanks to the aromas of hibiscus and lemongrass. Tasmanian berries deliver a soft and pleasant length in the mouth.
Each bottle is bottled and numbered by hand.
