In 2014, a group of Greek avant garde bartenders created the first pink grapefruit mixer for their Paloma cocktail at their establishment. PALOMA

– 40 ml Tequila Casamigos blanco
– 20 ml Fresh lime juice
– Fill with THREE CENTS Pink Grapefruit Soda

Salt glaze on half of the drink and a slice of pink grapefruit.

Replace regular salt with flavored salts. Smoked salt or rosemary salt for an original touch.
