Lemon Tart
This unique marriage between the tangy freshness of lemon and the unctuous sweetness of meringue brings a touch of sophistication to your evenings. Ustensiles
- 1 Martini glass or Champagne glass
- 1 Shaker
- 1 Jigger
- 1 small syphon
Ingredients
- 40 ml Oli’Gin Citrus
- 20 ml Cookie syrup
- 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch Fleur de sel
- 2 Egg whites (for the liquid meringue)
- 30 ml Water (for the liquid meringue)
- 15 ml Simple syrup (for liquid meringue)
- 15 ml Oli’Gin Citrus (for the liquid meringue)
Préparation
- To prepare the liquid meringue: mix all the ingredients in a small syphon.
- To prepare the cocktail: Combine all the cocktail ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Mix energetically.
- Pour into the glass, making a double strain.
- Put the liquid meringue on top.
