Gin Note Sauvage

La Note Sauvage, a delightful stroll through the forest

Discover an ultra-premium organic gin distilled in Picardie, which draws its personality from our French woods. A unique craftsmanship at the service of a subtle tasting between power and sweetness.

La Note Sauvage, a brand founded in 2022, is all about discovery and a new taste experience. Its co-creators, Edwige, Alexandre and Shay, decided to shake up the codes of the must-have spirit of recent years: gin. They came up with a sensory voyage that combines an olfactory stroll under the trees with aromatic complexity. A revisited classic, inspired by the spirit of the forest, with delicate fragrances derived from meticulous selections of botanicals and forest fruits.

A meticulous process

To achieve this, they have developed a relationship of trust with organic producers who also like to pay tribute to the French terroir and its riches. Sourcing the best ingredients and guaranteeing total traceability is an integral part of their DNA. By choosing organic farming, they minimize their impact on the environment and work hand in hand with nature.

This authenticity is preserved by the use of a Stupfler or single-pass alembic still, which brings roundness and finesse, as well as silkiness and lightness. Guided by a quest for balance, this London dry gin with a Picardy twist is made from wheat and an anthology of botanicals. This perfectly studied blend coats the palate. Hawthorn and blackcurrant leaf appear from the first sip, followed by a pleasant woody bitterness. Lemon verbena meets herbaceous notes, naturally sweet juniper berry, basil and a hint of wild Madagascar pepper. Add to that intense fruity touches, notably juicy raspberries.

Serving a stylish bottle

Complex yet easy to understand, La Note Sauvage offers different tasting moments, each one a vector of emotion. It can be sipped on its own, simply with a low-sugar tonic, or in a cocktail.

Its many facets make it attractive to connoisseurs and mixologists alike, like Victor Delpierre (opposite), who created Forrest Gump, a forest Gin Tonic with wild strawberries. Everyone interprets it in their own way, and the most daring can even serve it at the table. Fatty fish in gravlax or ceviche love it, as do fresh desserts featuring citrus fruits.

The cursor is pushed to the limit with an elegant, timeless design that is also part of a sensible mode of consumption, since it is a call for upcycling. There’s no doubt that it will find its perfect place at the heart of your interior design. La Note Sauvage, the key to inimitable harmony.
