You are undoubtedly familiar with the Pina Colada, an emblem of the tropics associated with vacations. Originally from Puerto Rico, where it has been the national drink since 1978, it was developed in 1954 by Ramon Monchito Marrero, then a bartender at the Hilton Hotel in San Juan. We suggest you reinvent this famous Caribbean cocktail with gin. Exit the rum and make way for the herbaceous notes of your favorite spirit. Between pineapple and coconut, it is a concentrate of exoticism and sweetness.
