Created by Audrey Saunders in 2000 at the Pegu Club in New York as a departure from the Moscow Mule, replacing vodka with gin and adding mint to ginger beer for a refreshing Gin Gin Mule!

Ingredients
- 50 ml Gin
- 20 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Elderflower liqueur
- 50 ml Ginger beer London Essence
- 8 sheets Fresh mint
GARNISH: cucumber slices & mint leaves
Préparation
- Place the mint leaves, lime juice and elderflower liqueur in your shaker.
- Use the pestle to press the lime and mint leaves to release all the flavours.
- Fill your highball glass and shaker with ice.
- Pour the gin into the shaker, close and shake hard for 9 seconds.
- Double-strain the mixture into your highball.
- Add ginger beer.
- Garnish with 2-3 mint leaves and cucumber slices.
