Members of Collectif A, a group of mixologists dedicated to promoting the art of the cocktail, took part in a total immersion in Anaë’s world. These mixology professionals collaborate to organize events, workshops and competitions, where they share their knowledge and passion for cocktail innovation. In the heart of the Atlantic and the salt marshes of the Ile de Ré, where the maceron, the founding ingredient of this 100% organic and French gin, was born, they found a wild environment, the backdrop to a daring sensory experience.
