The wolf, a symbol of authenticity and mystery

Its name is a tribute to the village of Mesnil Saint Loup where they are based. The wolf, a mythical and powerful animal, which signs each bottle with its paw, perfectly reflects their approach: a deep attachment to customs, with just the right amount of mischief. Here, every spirit tells a story, and nothing is left to chance. A traditional copper still is used to carefully distill essentially local raw materials, chosen for both their quality and their character. The botanicals are grown in a sustainable manner and harvested mainly around the distillery. Freshness and aromatic richness are the order of the day. The Aube region, with its landscapes of plains and forests, can be found in every bottle.

Grégory, a passionate distiller, combines tradition and innovation to craft subtle, refined spirits. Trained in Normandy, he is often compared to a druid, mastering the process perfectly while adding his own creativity. With his iron still, he extracts the purity and complexity of the aromas. Étienne, on the other hand, oversees day-to-day management and the selection of suppliers, all imbued with a sustainable philosophy.
