Created from scratch, here’s how it looks:
Production method: 24-hour maceration in a 50%vol wheat alcohol base, followed by distillation in a hybrid still with gin basket. This is a Distilled Gin.
Botanicals used:
Maceration: juniper berries, lemon peel, angelica root and coriander.
In the gin basket during distillation: Timut berries, rosebuds and verbena.
Nose: Gourmand and elegant, with a freshness driven by rose and verbena. Warmth comes from Timut berries.
Mouth: Smooth and fresh, with an attack of juniper and the warmth of Timut berries. Herbaceous, floral midpalate with a grapefruit and rose finish.
