Calle 23 Reposado is a 100% agave tequila produced in small batches, made with fully mature agave and fermented with indigenous yeasts isolated by the creator of Calle 23.
Double distillation in alembics.
Put in barrels to “rest” for 8 months. The perfect balance between agave and woodiness.
ORIGIN: “Los Altos”, state of Jalisco, Mexico
Maturation: 8 months in American oak barrels previously used for wiskey.
COLOUR: Light amber
AROMA: Delicious hints of wood in this aroma dominated by cooked agave and the spicy notes of the Los Altos de Jalisco terroir.
PALAIS: Intense agave palate, accompanied by subtle woody notes, this reposado tequila then reveals a unique character with delicate notes of pepper and figs.
