The Gin Labouche #2 – Les Landes is distilled under vacuum, in Rotavap.

Complex nose with notes of orange sherbet, a marker that evokes the candy krema. Then comes subtle notes of resin, the scent of chamomile and a juniper more in the background. A subtle, racy nose.
On the palate, the attack is incisive, with citrus delivered by timut, the freshness and bitterness of orange, hints of pine, a subtle licorice perfume and the resinous framework of juniper.
The finish is long, vegetal and complex.
