Labouche – Hybrid Absinthe is distilled under vacuum, in Rotavap.
A revisited version of an aniseed coupled with the minerality of Gin #1 Cap Ferret.
You will find on the nose citrus notes from the Timut, a nice minty and licorice freshness, juniper and a pleasant touch of salinity.
You will find in mouth the touches of liquorice combined with the discreet anise. A freshness finely iodized complement plant flavors such as basil or lemon mint.
The hybrid will cloud like an Ouzo when tonic or water is added.

We designed the hybrid around the cocktail called Hybrid Sonic (Contraction of Soda Water + Tonic)
The recipe: 1 volume Hybrid + 3 Volumes Tonic + 1 Volume sparkling water + a zest of lime and a sprig of rosemary
