A Gin on a conventional base, with flavors and fragrances enhanced by the distillation of fresh citrus and botanicals.

In mouth, round and fat. Beautiful Mediterranean and floral attack. The very present juniper is enhanced by the bouquet of aromatic herbs typical of the Mediterranean region.
The exceptional citrus fruits blend perfectly with the floral bouquet. A round and warm nose marked by the hand of Buddha, the Mediterranean, and wild juniper.

These gins are produced according to the following process:

1. Hand-picked and prepared seasonal ingredients

2. Maceration in a neutral organic alcohol at 96% TAV

3. Distillation in STUPFLER® stills

4. Reduction to Pyrenean spring water

5. Traffic jam
No addition is made after distillation, except for spring water from the Pyrenees. All ingredients are 100% natural and seasonal.
