The Gin fondue… it’s Chic and we love it!

Fondue is like Gin, there is no season to taste it… So a Gin fondue, we say yes all year round!

Although cheese fondue has been a specialty of our dear Alpine Mountains since ancient times, it was our Quebec friends who invented LA fondue au Gin.

More precisely the company 1001 fondues which to launch a novelty in its ” CHIC ”  range!

A tasty fondue concocted with cheese from Quebec artisans as well as violet gin from the Mariana distillery. And after tasting we want to tell you that the whole team of TheGinAddict was conquered by it (we still have a Swiss and a Savoyard in the Team) !

Indeed, it is rather the aromatics that give a delicate and slightly floral taste to the fondue rather than the taste of the Gin itself which is little present. I reassure you you can always have fun replacing white wine with gin when cooking!
