This week we have to head south to find seasonal weather. Never mind, we present the Gin XII , Distilleries and Domaines de Provence.
As the name suggests, this gin is handcrafted from 12 plants and spices in a tray still, which allows for subtle aromas.
The choice of plants that accompany juniper, as well as the exact proportion of each of them result from a simple idea: to obtain a dry Gin with a rich and authentic taste.
Gin XII is 12 plants and spices to express the character, typicity and aromatic intensity of a walk in the scrubland!

Juniper – Coriander – Sweet almond – Thyme – Angelica – Maniguette – Iris – Cardamom – Basil – Rosemary – Eucalyptus – Mint
