DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery costs vary according to the type of carrier chosen and the delivery location chosen by the buyer.
Delivery fees are offered from 150€ of purchase including VAT, for delivery addresses located in metropolitan France only.
For Belgium and Luxembourg, delivery is free for orders of 190€ and more.
PROTECTION OF YOUR SHIPMENTS
Our logistics department pays particular attention to the packaging of your packages. All our shipments are securely packed to reduce the risk of damage to your products.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TERMS
All orders are processed by the GINSIDERS Logistics Department from Monday to Friday inclusive, except on public holidays. The processing of the order takes place :
Within 24/48 hours following the online payment of the order on the Online Shop, in the case of a payment by credit card or Amex (Stripe) or Paypal
Orders are then shipped from Monday to Friday inclusive, except on public holidays, within two to three working days from the day the order is processed.
These delivery times may be extended during periods of high activity or in the event of exceptional closures. For example: Christmas, Father’s Day, annual closing, inventory, etc.
An email confirming the shipment of the order is sent to the buyer on the day the order is actually shipped.
The delivery time (from the effective date of shipment of the order) for delivery addresses in metropolitan France is 24h-48h with DPD PRedict or DPD Relais. A tracking number for the progress of the delivery is indicated in the order confirmation email sent to the buyer by GINSIDERS. The tracking of the delivery is done on the website of these carriers, via the link provided in the email sent by

It is expressly agreed that the buyer will become responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered, the delivery entailing the transfer of the risks to the buyer.
The delivery is carried out by delivering the products to the Buyer, except in the case where the Buyer designates to GINSIDERS another carrier than those proposed by GINSIDERS
DELIVERY ERROR / DEFECT
In the event of delivery of an Article that does not correspond to the purchaser’s Order, or of a defect linked to transport, the Customer may return the said Article within 15 days of receipt to GINSIDERS by following the procedure set out below and accessible on the Site.
In order to benefit from the exchange or refund of the Article, the Customer will proceed to the return, in the original packaging of the Article, to the following address

We commit ourselves to reimburse you for the return shipping costs incurred, upon presentation of the proof of payment. The refund includes the standard delivery charges as proposed by GINSIDERS at the time of ordering. Additional delivery costs are not reimbursed by GINSIDERS when the buyer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered by GINSIDERS.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the one used by the buyer for the order, unless agreed between the buyer and GINSIDERS for the use of another means of payment.
Once the returned items have been checked, GINSIDERS undertakes to exchange or reimburse the Customer, according to the latter’s choice, as soon as possible; in the event of reimbursement, it will be made to the Customer’s bank account or payment account used to pay for the Articles.
