Fever-Tree uses fruit sugars to develop their Indian Tonic Light. The blend of subtle botanical flavors with the highest quality spring water and quinine gives it the distinctly clean and fresh character of Indian Tonic, but with 46% fewer calories.
INGREDIENTS: Fever-Tree’s story is one of a quest for the best. In 2004, unhappy with the poor quality of the mixers, founders Tim and Charles began digging through history books and maps to find the sources of the best ingredients, before traveling to the ends of the earth to procure them. Indian Tonic Water still uses quinine from the deep forests of the Democratic Republic of Congo, found by Tim and Charles on one of their first trips.
