A London Dry Gin with a touch of the Himalayas!
Timut pepper grows at altitudes of over 2000m on the slopes of the Himalayas. It is harvested by hand by Nepalese farmers.
This little pepper is unusual and numbs the tongue.
Nose: The freshness finely derived from lime, grapefruit and lemongrass
Taste : A subtle earthy note caresses the tongue thanks to cardamom and coriander
Finish: A finish brought by 3 exceptional peppers. Most notable is the Timut pepper, which adds a spicy note and also unfolds new citrus notes as in the first wave of flavors.
