PRESENTATION OF THE DISTILLERY :
The distillery is located at an altitude of 3500 meters in La Paz, Bolivia. A modern and welcoming folkloric city with great cultural contrasts, located in the abyss of the Cordillera Real de los Andes with the lush Amazon.
LA REPÚBLICA is a series of London Dry Gins – the most distilled in the world – made with originally selected whole juniper berries and ingredients indigenous to the Andes and Amazon. Gins ideal for classic cocktails, but essential for signature cocktails.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: An initial intense aroma of wood and herbs, complemented by orange peel and lime.
Palate: Elegant and unctuous without lacking intensity. Fresh herbs, light toasted flavors and a solid juniper backbone.
Finish: The fruit lingers on the palate, mingling with exotic spices and a strong earthy tone. The flavors fade slowly while leaving a pleasant warmth on the tongue.
