Artisanal, bold and resolutely innovative, 2934 Gin is a singular creation born of the meeting of two exceptional terroirs, Finistère and Hérault. Each bottle is a veritable invitation to travel, and tells a story of passion, tradition and innovation, the fruit of the work of two men who share a love of gin and local produce.

Two men, one passion

More than a spirit, it embodies the perfect marriage of Breton freshness and Mediterranean warmth. Behind its name lies a reference to these departments. The number 29 echoes Finistère and the 34 symbolizes Hérault. But let’s return to its origins. The 2934 gin adventure began thanks to two personalities. Camille Héroult. Founder of Distillerie Héroult in Quimperlé, and from a Breton family, he grew up surrounded by local customs and distillation. He likes to create products that reflect the richness of his terroir, relying on indigenous botanicals in partnership with local herbalists in a short circuit.

Thierry Bourgin, on the other. He discovered gin as a gift from a close friend. This gift aroused his curiosity and enthusiasm. He deepened his knowledge thanks to Céline Cools, a wine merchant in Nîmes, and together they devised a gin menu for a restaurant. A new revelation, Thierry now infuses his own gins to bring freshness and creativity to the project. And when he met Camille, it was obvious. These free spirits shared their experiences and decided to redefine the codes of gin in their own way.

A fusion of exceptional ingredients

2934 gin is made from carefully selected botanicals. Its production is a veritable calling card for the two regions that inspire it. The indisputable juniper berry blends with coriander and cardamom. In Brittany, they harvest Angelica root and roasted buckwheat. And in Hérault, orange zest, mint, almond…and tomato leaves. Tomato leaves are certainly one of the most surprising and original elements of this gin. Often overlooked, they have a unique taste, both sweet and slightly herbaceous. In addition to their organoleptic qualities, the choice of tomato leaves is also in line with our commitment to preserving natural resources.

But what about the tasting? On the nose, lively, herbaceous notes take center stage, before giving way to floral flavors and sweet spices on the palate. Remarkable complexity and freshness, underpinned by a juniper base. Perfect balance. It stands out for its persistence, with a finish that combines refinement and peppery bitterness.
